A rather overly optimistic depiction of a Kabul traffic cop. As anyone who drives in Kabul knows, these dudes spend their time shouting “pesh burro, pesh burro!” (move forward, move forward) into megaphones, waving their little stop signs, jingling their goldy uniform plaits, getting respiratory diseases and generally making all the traffic much, much worse.
